Gift Certificate / Deposit Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation & Deposit

• If you have booked a tattoo appointment using a gift certificate or a deposit, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the loss of the deposit, and the applicable amount may be deducted from the gift certificate value.

2. Original Certificate Required

• The original physical gift certificate must be presented at the time of your appointment. For security purposes, photocopies, digital images, screenshots, or scanned copies will not be accepted.

3. No Cash Value & Non-Transferable

• This gift certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for credit.
• The certificate is intended for use by the individual named on the certificate and is not transferable without prior authorization from Ink du Soleil.
• Unauthorized resale, assignment, or transfer of the certificate is prohibited.

4. General Terms

• Ink du Soleil is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
• Gift certificates must be redeemed before any printed expiry date, where applicable.
• By using this gift certificate, the holder acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
• All tattoo appointments booked in person, by phone, online, by email, or through a gift certificate are subject to Ink du Soleil’s standard consultation, health, safety, and studio policies.
