Design Consultation & Booking Policies

1. Deposit Requirement

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and/or begin the creation of a custom tattoo design. Deposits reserve your scheduled time and compensate the artist for consultation, preparation, and design work completed before your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
• In certain circumstances, a new deposit may be required to book a future appointment.

3. Design Changes

• If a deposit has been paid for a custom design and artwork development has already started, substantial design revisions or changes to the original concept may require an additional deposit.
• This policy helps protect the artist’s time, creative effort, and commitment to delivering custom work.

4. Age & Consent Policy

• Ink du Soleil follows all applicable laws regarding tattooing and piercing services.
• Clients age of 18+ must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide the required consent documentation where permitted by law.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification before any service can be performed.
